Fall 2022 Sport Registration Information

Online registration will be available starting August 15, 2022.

To pay the $75 athletic participation fee online, follow the instructions below:

1. www.uscsdathletics.com
2. Go to the “More” tab
3. Click – Online Payment Registration
4. Complete all required fields

NOTE: If you are a new athlete or have a sibling in the system you will need to send the following information to either Brittney Halbig at brittney.halbig@ahn.org, Robert Smith at Robert.smith@ahn.org  or Kelsey Wallace at kelsey.wallace@ahn.org

• Student’s Name
• Student’s DOB
• Student’s graduation year
• Student’s sports for the school year
• Guardian’s name
• Guardian’s email address

All of the following Healthy Roster Documents must be done prior to August 15 in order to participate in a fall sport:

• AHN Release of Info
• AHN Consent to Treat
• PIAA Sections 1-7
