Congratulations to Upper St. Clair 2021 graduate and current rising Indiana University sophomore Josh Matheny as he won the national title in the Men's 100 Meter Breaststroke on Friday night (7/29) in Irvine, California at the 2022 Phillips 66 National Swimming Championship.
