The USCHS Rowing team had ten boats compete in the 39^th annual Jack Speakmon Memorial Regatta the last weekend in October.  There were 34 teams over all that competed in the event from PA, OH, IN, MI, and KY.  Racing took place amidst the backdrop of fall foliage on the beautiful Griggs Reservoir.  Speakmon is a 5k head race.   

USC took Silver and Bronze medals and had many other top finishes in this highly competitive event!  Below are some of the highlights;

·Silver medals- 2^nd Women’s Varsity 4X- Jamie Barrett, Reese Copenhaver, Addison Fitzgerald, and Mariana Paradise

·Bronze medals- 3^rd Women’s Varsity 2X- Willow Conley and Keira Fortunato

·4th Women’s Varsity 4X- Marley Super, Raegan Kuhn, Melodi Caliskan, and Grace Larsen

·4^th Women’s Varsity 1X- Markella Jahn
