The Upper St. Clair Girls Basketball team traveled to take on undefeated Peters Township last night in a section matchup. Meredith Huzjak led all scorers with 17 points, but ultimately the Panthers were defeated 44-36. The loss brings the Panthers record to 9-9 (3-5) on the season and they will look to rebound on Monday when they will welcome Mount Lebanon to town. Tip off is scheduled for 7:00 pm.
