The Upper St. Clair Girls Basketball team hosted Mount Lebanon tonight in a key section matchup. Olivia Terlecki led all scorers with 16 points as the Panthers took home a 47-31 victory. Meredith Huzjak also chipped in 14 points in the win. With the win the Panthers move their record to 10-9 (4-5) on the season and will be back in action on Thursday when they will travel to Chartiers Valley. Tip off is scheduled for 7:30 pm.
