USC Football Defeats Norwin

The Upper St. Clair Football team kicked off its 2023 season last night with a come from behind victory against Norwin. Ethan Hellman hit Charlie Bywalski with a six yard touchdown pass with 3:14 left in the fourth quarter to put the Panthers ahead 24-21. The Panther defense then forced Norwin into a turnover on downs and sealed the victory. Hellman finished the game completing 18 of 31 passes for 198 yards and two touchdowns. The Panthers will return home next Friday as they will take on North Hills. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:00 pm.
