The Upper St. Clair Softball team hosted Peters Township tonight in a section contest at Boyce Mayview Park. The Panthers would strike first as Syd Fisher tripled and drove in a run in the first inning and behind a dominant pitching performance by Brooklyn Kemp, Upper St. Clair came away with a 3-2 victory. Kemp would throw all seven innings as she only allowed two hits and struck out seven. Fisher would finish the game with two hits. The Panthers move to 5-3 (2-2) on the season and will be back in action on Monday when they will travel to Thomas Jefferson for another section game. First pitch is scheduled for 4:00 pm.
