The Upper St. Clair Track & Field team competed at the city of Hermitage Invite this past weekend. The girls team won the invite overall, earning a trophy, while the boys team finished 3rd overall out of 24 teams.

Overall Invite Event Winners were:

• Sadie Tomczyk in the 100 meters
• Tayla Kurzawa in the High Jump
• Anna Engleman in the Triple Jump
• Girls 4 by 100 meter relay of Avery Bayer, Noor El Nokali, Ashley Sanderson, & Sadie Tomczyk

Also placing in the top 8, earning medals were:

• Meredith Rhodes- 2nd in the mile
• Dhruv Saggi- 2nd in the High Jump & 4th in the long jump
• Carter Kashak- 2nd in the 800 meters
• Lydia Rhodes- 2nd in the two mile & 3rd in the mile
• Tyler McClintock-Comeaux- 3rd in the pole vault
• Ashley Sanderson- 4th in the 200 meters & 5th in the 400 meters
• Hannah Randolph- 3rd in the javelin
• Caleb Guarino- 4th in the 2 mile
• Will Duff - 4th in the 100 meters & 200 meters
• Olivia Gray -4th in the two mile
• Kias Dreher- 5th in the 100 meters
• Boys 4 by 400 meter relay of Ryan Arya, Jake Polochak, Kias Dreher, & Carter Kashak
• Andrew Hess- 6th in the mile
• Sadie Tomczyk- 6th in the  400 meters
• Avery Bayer - 6th in the 100 meters

• Ella Unice - 7th in the two mile
• Anna Engleman- 4th in the pole vault & 8th in the 300 hurdles
