USC Track and Field Competes at South Fayette Invite

Over the weekend the Upper St. Clair Track and Field team competed at the South Fayette Invite.
- Anna Engleman set a school record in the triple jump, breaking a 39 year old USC record. With this feat, she earned a Silver Medal in the event.
- Dhruv Saggi won a gold medal in the long jump, winning the event for the Panthers.
Other top performers were:
- Sadie Tomczyk in the 100 meters- 2nd place, and in the 200 meters 4th place.
- Tayla Kurzawa finished 2nd in the high jump
- Lydia Rhodes earned 4th place in the 2 mile run.
- Tyler McClintock-Comeaux earned 4th place in the pole vault.
Medal winning relay teams were:
- The girls 4 by 100 meter relay team of Avery Bayer, Ashley Sanderson, Sadie Tomczyk, and Noor El Nokali earned a silver medal.
- The boys 4 by 100 meter relay team of Will Duff, Kias Dreher, Bryce Jones, and Dante Coury earned a bronze medal.
