Panthers Win: 2 - 1
The Upper St. Clair Girls Soccer team hosted Norwin tonight in their final regular season game of the 2022 season. The Panthers ended on a high note as they defeated the Knights 2-1. Morgan Huzjak kicked off the scoring with her first half goal less than five minutes into the game and Edy McCurrie notched the game winner with her second half goal. The Panthers finish the regular season with a 10-6 record and will now await their postseason fate with the WPIAL Pairings set to be released on Wednesday

The Upper St. Clair Girls Soccer team traveled to Peters Township tonight looking to bring their winning streak to three games. After a scoreless first half the Panthers got on the board first as Maeryn Mannix scored her second goal in as many games with Sierra Dupre assisting on the score. The Panther offense was held quietly for the rest of the half, however, and Peters Township scored two goals as the Panthers fell by a score of 2-1. Upper St. Clair will return to action on Monday as they will host Norwin in their final regular season match of the season. Game time is scheduled for 7:45 PM.

The Upper St. Clair Girls Soccer team hosted Bethel Park tonight in a key section battle. A back-and-forth affair led to the game being tied 0-0 after regulation. Two minutes into overtime Maeryn Mannix scored the game-winner off of an assist from Sierra Dupre. The win moves the Panthers to 9-5 (8-4) on the season and they will be back in action on Wednesday when they will travel to Peters Township to take on the Indians. Game time is scheduled for 7:45 pm.

The Upper St. Clair Girls Soccer team traveled to Canon-McMillan last night for a section matchup with the Big Macs. The girls came out victorious with a 2-0 win as they bounced back from a loss against Mt. Lebanon on Monday. Edy McCurrie and Lucy Volpatt each tallied a goal for the Panthers. Upper St. Clair will be back in action on Monday when they will host Bethel Park at Panther Stadium. Game time is scheduled for 7:45 pm.

The Upper St. Clair Girls Soccer team hosted Baldwin tonight as they recognized their class of 2023 Seniors. The girls continued their streak of strong play as they defeated Baldwin 6-0. Sierra Dupre led the Panther charge with three goals, as Lucy Volpatt, Sam Prunzik, and Ava Fazio rounded out the scoring with one goal each. The Panthers will be back in action on Monday when they will travel to Mount Lebanon to take on the Blue Devils. Game time is scheduled for 7:45 pm.

The Upper St. Clair Girls Soccer team traveled to Hempfield tonight for a section matchup with the Spartans. The Panthers were dominant from start to finish tonight as all of the following players found the score sheet. Edy McCurrie (4), Sierra Dupre (3), Sam Prunzik (2), Lucy Volpatt (1), Brooke Bodamer (1), Alex Forney (1), Ava Fazio (1), Helena Walker (1), Maddy John (1), and Delaney Andrejcik (1). Goal keepers Macie Fultineer and Maddy Webb combined for the shutout in net. The girls will be back in action on Wednesday when they will welcome Baldwin to town for Senior Night.

The Upper St. Clair Girls Soccer team traveled to Norwin tonight looking to rebound from a 1-0 loss against Peters Township on Monday. The Panthers came out on the attack during the first half as they charged out to a 4-0 lead at halftime. Sierra Dupre tallied three first half goals and Helena Walker added one of her own. Norwin would get on the scoreboard during the second half but the Panthers held on for a 4-2 victory. The girls will return to action on Monday when they will travel to Hempfield for another section matchup. Game time is scheduled for 7:30.

The Upper St. Clair Girls Soccer team traveled to Bethel Park tonight looking to rebound from two consecutive losses. Bethel Park put pressure on the Panthers early as the Blackhawks took a 1-0 lead going into halftime. Maeryn Mannix tied the game at one with her goal 12 minutes into the second half and with 22 seconds remaining in the game Sierra Dupre netted the game winner for the Panthers as they took home a 2-1 victory. The girls will be back in action on Monday as they will play host to Peters Township. Game time is scheduled for 7:45 pm.

The Panthers struggled to find their offensive game tonight as they only registered one shot on goal in the 1-0 overtime defeat. Goalkeeper Macie Fultineer saved four Big Mac shots on the evening. The Panthers will look to rebound on Wednesday when they will travel to Bethel Park. Game time is scheduled for 7:30 pm

Brooke Bodamer and Sierra Dupre each scored two goals a piece to lead Upper St. Clair. Morgan Huzjak, Lucy Volpatt, Maeryn Mannix, Helena Walker, Meredith Huzjak, and Sarah Ripley all scored as well to contribute to the Panther victory. The girls are back in action on Wednesday where they will travel to Baldwin. Game time is scheduled for 7:30 pm.

The Upper St. Clair Girls Soccer Team finished its weekend at the South Park Tournament with a 5-0 victory over Chartiers Valley on Saturday. Brooke Bodamer led the team with two goals while Edy McCurrie, Kaylee Paulick, and Sierra Dupre each notched one goal a piece. The Panthers will open up section play on Monday, August 29th where they will host Hempfield. Game time is scheduled for 7:45.

The Upper St. Clair Girls Soccer Team opened their 2022 campaign yesterday at the South Park Tournament against McDowell. Sierra Dupre scored the Panthers lone goal, assisted by Mary Mascaro as they were topped by McDowell 2-1. The girls are back in action today as they will take on Chartiers Valley.
