The Upper St. Clair Track and Field had a busy two days on Thursday and Friday. On Thursday, the girls team competed in the WPIAL team playoffs against North Allegheny, Hempfield, and Hampton. The girls were not able to continue on to the WPIAL Championship as North Allegheny won the group. On Friday, both the boys and girls teams traveled to the Baldwin Invitational. The girls would finish in 4th place out of the 33 competing teams and the boys finished in 19th out of 47 teams. Dani Prunzik took first place in the 100 and 200 meter dash, Evie Ellenberger finished third in the long jump, and the girls 4x100 team consisting of Ashley Sanderson, Sadie Tomczyk, Dani Prunzik, and Noor El Nokali took home first place. Next up for the team is the JV Sweet Meet held at Peters Township on Monday.
