The Upper St. Clair Baseball team hosted Chartiers Valley today in a doubleheader that saw the Panthers needing one win to clinch a playoff position. The Panthers not only won the first game 4-1, but took the second game as well, 7-2. Upper St. Clair showed dominance on the mound today as Brayden Wells tossed 6 ⅔ innings, allowing 1 run (0 earned) in Game 1 and Nolan Wilson threw a complete game with 10 strikeouts in Game 2. The Panthers will be back in action tomorrow for a non-section game against North Catholic.
