Panthers Lose: 2 - 5
The Upper St. Clair Girls Soccer team traveled to Moon High School last night as they squared off with Fox Chapel in the WPIAL Semifinals. The Foxes jumped out to a 2-0 lead before Brooke Bodamer and Mary Mascaro found the back of the net to tie the game at 2. Fox Chapel would go on to score three unanswered goals as they defeated the Panthers 5-2. Upper St. Clair finishes the season with a 16-2 (13-1) record.

The Upper St. Clair Girls Soccer team hosted Butler tonight in a WPIAL Quarterfinal match. The Panthers grabbed an early 1-0 lead thanks to a Helena Walker goal and Sierra Dupre added a second half goal to give the Panthers a 2-0 win. Upper St. Clair will now move on to play Fox Chapel in the WPIAL Semifinals on Monday. The site and time of the game are still to be determined.

The Upper St. Clair Girls Soccer team traveled to Norwin tonight for their 2023 regular season finale. The Panthers continued their strong play and came back with a 7-2 win. Sierra Dupre led the way with three goals, and Val Sobarzo, Mary Mascaro, Meredith Huzjak, and Chloe Bird all scored one each. The Panthers finish the regular season with a 15-1 (13-1) record and will await the playoff seedings to determine their next contest.

After suffering a 1-0 defeat on September 18th, the Panthers were able to score a 2-0 win tonight. Maeryn Mannix and Sierra Dupre each scored one goal and Cam Friday posted a shutout in net. Cam Friday and Maddie Webb combined for the shutout in net as Upper St. Clair moves to 5-0 on the season. Sierra Dupre led the way with two goals while Maeryn Mannix, Brooke Bodamer, Helena Walker, Val Sobarzo, and Natalia Disora each netted a goal. The Panthers have now moved to 4-0 on the year and have outscored their opponents 34-0 so far this season. After not allowing a goal during the South Park Tournament, goalkeepers Cam Friday, Madison Webb, and Braidyn Recker continued their strong play as they combined for another shutout. The Panthers would go on to defeat the Spartans 15-0 and a plethora of players found the back of the net. Sierra Dupre netted four goals, Helena Walker scored three, and each of the following players scored one: Mary Mascaro, Kate Moore, Sarah Ripley, Anelise Castrodale, Abby Mascaro, Meredith Huzjak, Angie Stein, and Callie Roberts. The Panthers now move to 3-0 on the season and will be back in action on Wednesday when they will host Baldwin. Game time is scheduled for 7:45 pm.

The Upper St. Clair Girls Soccer team was back at the South Park Tournament today as they took on Erie McDowell. After a dominant 7-0 victory over Ft. Leboeuf on Saturday, the Panthers continued their weekend success with a 5-0 win over Erie McDowell. Sierra Dupre would net two first half goals and Kate Moore, Meredith Huzjak, and Abby Mascaro each scored a goal in the second half to account for the five Panther goals. The tandem of Camryn Friday and Braidyn Recker would also record a shutout in net. The Panthers will look to build off their opening weekend when they will travel to Hempfield on Wednesday for their next contest. Game time is scheduled for 7:30 pm.

The Panthers would take home a decisive 7-0 victory with Brooke Bodamer and Val Sobarzo leading the way with two goals each. Sierra Dupre, Abby Mascaro, and Kate Moore would also chip in a goal each in the win. The Panthers will be back in action at the South Park tournament tomorrow as they are scheduled to play at 12:00 pm.
