USC Bocce Falls in Overtime to South Park

Panthers Lose: 2 - 3
The Upper St. Clair Bocce team played on the road yesterday at South Park. The exciting match ended with a Panther loss in overtime. The team won their first two games but South Park stormed back to tie the match with two wins of their own. The overtime period, which is played as one frame with 4 players per team, went to the final roll with South Park ending up closest to the pallina! Thanks to our fans who made the trip to support the team! There is one regular season match remaining, it will be at Bethel Park next Thursday, February 9th at 3:00 pm.

USC Bocce Moves to 2-0 with Victory over Thomas Jefferson

Panthers Win: 3 - 0
The Upper St Clair High School Unified Bocce team was victorious in their home match against Thomas Jefferson yesterday to move their record to 2-0. The team celebrated their seniors Zach Ehasz, Kylie Mosler, Olivia Roylance, Brady Erdos, Buddy Hall, Jacob Hufnagel, Brian Lund and Jenna Lazar with a recognition prior to the game. The Panthers went on to win against a new but strong Jaguar team. Dr. Beck and Ms. Senger officiated the match and the Panthers were well supported by USC Fans in the Stands, parents, friends, teachers, staff and administrators. The team will take on the South Park Eagles next at 3:30 pm on February 2nd at South Park.
USC Bocce Wins Opening Game in Sudden Death Over Baldwin

Panthers Win: 3 - 2
The Upper St. Clair High School Bocce team kicked off regular season play last night at Baldwin with a win! After playing to a tie in regulation the Panthers won in sudden death.
This year USC is fielding two teams with many returning as well as new players. There is also a strong 2023 Match Management team.
Bocce's next match is at home next Friday, January 20th at 3:30. Please plan to be a FAN IN THE STANDS to support the team. GO USC BOCCE!!
