In the end, North Allegheny held on for a 3-2 win over the Panthers. Nick Manko got the start on the mound for the Panthers, throwing 4 innings, as he allowed 3 runs and struck out 4. Thomas Medwig relieved Manko as he threw two scoreless innings, keeping the Tiger offense at a minimum. On the offensive side, Eli Rankin and Aiden Crochier each drove in one run and Rankin also recorded a triple. The Panthers held a 3-0 lead through 5 1/2 innings before the Blue Devils scored two runs in both the bottom of the sixth and bottom of the seventh to defeat the Panthers, 4-3.
